"I was so concerned that I wouldn’t be able to complete the 28-day detoxification cleanse that I didn’t read the program details before I purchased the products this spring and I had pizza for two consecutive nights before Day #1.  Once I committed to it, it wasn’t as difficult as I had thought.  It did take some organizational and preparation time at the beginning and about an hour every three days to make the alkaline broth.  Minimal effort for the outcome!  I actually lost cravings for overly rich foods and, to my surprise, my daily glass of red wine.

I used the cleanse as a springboard to change some of my non-constructive habits that continued despite my New Year’s resolutions for the past few years. I only lost 7 pounds during the cleanse but I established new habits of exercise and mindful eating so that I continue to lose weight post-cleanse.  I now fit into clothes that I haven’t been able to wear in a while.  The pallor of my skin improved.  I was even able to lower the medicine dosage for the adult cystic acne I have had for over 40 years without breakouts.

People asked me if I had a new haircut because they noticed a bouncier me.  My daughter took photos of me and said I hadn’t looked that good in a long time.  My massage therapist said that my skin looked about 10 years younger and that my muscles were springier.

The detoxification cleanse I took this spring was definitely life-changing.  I highly recommend it for any adult who is looking for a structured plan for physical and mental improvement."

"I  have not done a detox diet ever, and chose this one because it sounded so physiologically complete. Not a colonic cleanse, not a lemonade fast, etc.
I felt great, not sluggish at all when I awakened each morning, and and all this while working over 40 hours a couple weeks during the 28 day detox diet. I found 7 hours of good sleep to be adequate and was well rested in the mornings.
I continued to walk almost daily and participated in yoga classes weekly.
I learned I was actually still eating processed food in my previous diet even though I prided myself on the fresh veggies, tons of fruit and chicken-fish only habits I had. My eyes were opened wider even as I began studying labels with more scrutiny, even the ones in the "organic" and " natural foods " sections of grocery stores. I developed a greater appreciation for food coops and small farms which sell at Saturday markets.
I just almost revolt when I see pre-packaged chicken burgers that are mixed with cheese and seasonings ( and fillers??).  I want to ask- what's wrong with fresh ground chicken and chop-chop  your own veggies to mix in with fresh herbs??
I  have a new appreciation for whole foods and why organic food costs more.  Real food is expensive, and you don't need much of it!  All that stuff that comes in boxes and shrink-wrapped frozen baggies is  some kind of a process that is packaged to be called food!!!
The three shakes a day was the toughest part of the plan. I have learned I still do not eat enough greens.  My inclination  is to buy fruit which is so plentiful here in Washington in the summer In Ecuador, where we live half the year, buying fruits is one of my passions, as I love to experiment with new ones and the juices and smoothies they make.  After this detox diet, I have the smoothie part down. It will be another food adventure to maintain more alkaline base to my diet.
I appreciate all your support. It was especially helpful to have the "mid-diet" appointment and to know you were just an email away."
