Insurance is billed at an hourly rate
Payment at time of service cash discounts available for patients who chose not to bill through insurance or who are not insured.
Payment plan options and income-dependent discounts are also available, please inquire with Kathleen directly.
Most Nutrition visits are reimbursable by insurance with a physician referral and a specific diagnostic code. Please contact your insurance company to determine if this is necessary. You may need to bring the "Referral form" to your next MD visit and check with your insurance company to assure that Kathleen Bundy is listed as a "preferred provider", for your particular benefits, and the status of your deductible.
Natural Progression accepts Regence Blue Cross/Blue Sheild, Premera, Lifewise, First Choice, Aetna, United, Great West, Health Allies, Reserve National, Medical Resources, Cigna, and Medicare.
